Minutes of GSR Meeting
20 GSR’s Present
Jim opened meeting with Serenity Prayer.
Jeri read Preamble, Rocky read Tradition Eleven, Eva read Concept Eleven.
DCM REPORT: Jim gave schedule of upcoming events and read DCM Report.
TREASURERS REPORT: Jeanne read off Treasurer Report and we have ended with a balance of $965.86 in our account, still leaving the Prudent Reserve of 3000.00
ALKATHON: Steve stated we have collected 375.00 to date in donations and asked groups to participate. Groups and Old Timers will be picked December 4th.
BRIDGING THE GAP: Part of Treatment CORRECTIONS: None
FUNCTION COMMITTEE: Eva reported the Function Committee is done meeting this yea , they will be assisting the Alkathon Committee. The Women’s Workshop had 74 women attend and took in 293.95 in donations.
GRAPEVINE: Vacant
HOTLINE: Andy M. informed us calls are being answered, moistly in
the
LCMS: Deb attended a few meetings last month, groups not interested in supporting a GSR for their group.
NEWSLETTER: Andy thanked the GSR’s again for getting the Newsletters out there.
PI/CPC (Public Information Corporation for the
Professional Community) Tony is
looking for new ideas where to provide needed literature to people in the
community.
REGISTRAR: Rocky is
expecting the GSR Packets. TREATMENT:

OLD BUSINESS: Andy suggested 5 hours to do a full Inventory. Rocky made motion to wait until January- Discussion. 14 Oppose and 7 in Favor.
NEW BUSINESS:
Andy proposed young Andy to put together in Inventory Committee- All in Favor.
Andy M. made motion to table Roberts Rules till Jan. – All in Favor
