Jim opened meeting with Serenity Prayer.

Rocky read Preamble, Carolyn read Tradition Eight, Bill read Concept Eight.

DCM REPORT: Jim noted all accounts reconciled..

TREASURERS REPORT: Jeanne not present. Jim read report, we have a balance of $626.83 in account.

ALKATHON: Steve noted the 1^st Alkathon Committee will meet Thursday, August 21 at The Good Shepherd Church from 6:00 to 7:00, and will be electing positions. We will also be electing Assistants to each position.

BRIDGING THE GAP: Still Vacant                   CORRECTIONS: Eric not present

FUNCTION COMMITTEE: Eva said Function Committee is back to meeting again on Thursdays at the Good Shepherd Church in Nashua from 6:00 to 7:00. Next function is September 13th at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Nashua. “Falling Back Together”

It’s a Speaker-Tag Meeting first then Musical Entertainment from 6:00 to 11:00 pm.

NEWSLETTER: Andy not present, but we do have September Newsletters.

PI/PIC: Tony stated a “light month”                  WEB: John not present.

TREATMENT: Nancy has not received any calls this month. Liz mentioned purchasing literature for West Campus with Treatment Budget

OLD BUSINESS: All “Back to Basics” meetings were removed from Website.  Wally Peytons website is still mentioning “Back to Basics” information. Jim will look into.

NEW BUSINESS: District 13 is hosting the Area Inventory Convention, November 22^nd. The Function Committee will be handling the affair with a budget of $200.00.
