Opened with the Serenity Prayer, Deidre read the Preamble, Josh read the 12 Traditions and Scott read Concept 12. Introductions were made. No old minutes were presented from Eva.
Treasurer's report was given by Jean for 10/09 and 11/09. October started with $5,348 and the endo f the month balance was $2,836. ovember's beginning balance was $5836 and currently the balance is $3406. No one had any questions on the report, a motion was entertained to accept the report as is, the motion was seconded and the report was accepted.
DCM report 11/22/09 Area meeting April convention planning statewide, April 14, 15 and 16 @ Marriot Courtyard in Nashua, function committee will host Film "Hope" (for newcomers) was shown. This film will be used for media presentation from Bridging the Gap. Best jokes from Grapevine magazine publication coming up Jan 10 New Policy---Hotline expense allocated to each district, each district will start self supporting their hotline. Rocky posed a question whether district 13 will supply $ to struggling districts Help is needed with Grapevine literature Jean is getting the informatin from DCM to district 13. Agenda to run the meeting?
Alkathon- report from Steve OK, Andy reports 2,450 in donations minus expenses 2,146 left. Will lbe requesting (to Jean)$468 for insurance and $400 for the hall rental. Followed some discussion around allocation of funds to Alkathon- when and how much.

Hotline rep- new Bob, old Andy.
Newsletter-John reports this month's newsletter is available in hard copy, posted on website. John reviewed the contents verbally and is looking for literary contributions and content for future newsletters. Email-- newsletter@district13.org.
PI/CPC- Tony not present.
Registrar- Kelly (new) Rocky (old), reporting three new groups registered and a new meeting in Nashua for young people at Echo Ave on Saturday nights. If anyone has meeting changes please notify Kelly.
Treatment- Glen not present.
Webmaster- Tim (new) John (old) needs new ansd current email from all memebers in chair positions>forwarding email addresses and committee members.
